How Many Minutes
How many minutes is it before 12 noon if 48 minutes ago it was twice as many minutes past 10 a.m.?

Solution:
12:00 - 0:x - 0:48 = 10:(2*x)
11:12 - 0:x = 10:(2*x)
1:12 - 0:x = 0:2*x
1:12 = 0:3*x
60+12 = 3*x
